Patients aged ≥12 years\n2. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of moderate-to-severe AD as assessed by the physician\n3. Patients for whom the physician's decision has been made to newly prescribe abrocitinib in usual clinical practice conditions\n4. Evidence of a personally signed and dated informed consent\u002Fassent document indicating that the patient (or a legally acceptable representative) has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nPatients meeting any of the following criteria will not be included in the study:\n\n1. To provide evidence about effectiveness and safety of different JAKi including tofacitinib, baricitinib, ritlecitinib，abrocitinib, upadacitinib and ifidancitinib in real-world settings and describe baseline disease characteristics and patients profiles that are considered good candidates for JAKi in the daily practice.
