The main questions it aims to answer are to:\n\n* Assess the effects of acute KME supplementation versus placebo on cognitive, sensorimotor, and functional outcomes within groups.\n* Compare cognitive performance across the three groups.\n\nThe primary outcome is cognitive performance assessed using the NIH Toolbox Cognition Battery. Secondary Outcomes include sensorimotor performance, measured using the Senaptec Sensory System, and driving performance, assessed with a driving simulator.",[27,28],"Placebo - Control","Ketone Monoester","RECRUITING","2026-07-10",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-07-13","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":33},"2025-12-01",{"date":37,"type":21},"2027-07-31",{"name":39,"class":40},"University of Alabama at Birmingham","OTHER",1,{"id":43,"slug":4,"hasResults":11,"nctId":12,"briefTitle":13,"officialTitle":13,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":14,"healthyVolunteers":15,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":18,"enrollmentInfo":44,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":45,"briefSummary":25,"conditions":46,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":29,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":47,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":48,"startDateStruct":50,"completionDateStruct":51,"leadSponsor":53,"locationsCount":41},"100596913",{"count":20,"type":21},[24],[27,28],"2026-01-06",{"date":49,"type":33},"2026-01-07",{"date":35,"type":33},{"date":52,"type":21},"2026-04",{"name":39,"class":40}]
