Two retrospective studies will be conducted using biobanked patient samples such as plasma samples and buccal swabs already collected by the Centre de Recherche en Virologie, Laboratoire des Fièvres Hémorragiques Virales de Guinée (CRV-LFHVG) as part of their surveillance and outbreak activities.
