Patients scheduled for elective open upper abdominal surgery, including open liver, gastric and pancreatic surgery.\n2. Patients receiving general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.\n3. Aged from 18 to 80 years old.\n4. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status class Ⅰ-Ⅲ.\n5. Patients who can understand the trial content, are willing to strictly follow the clinical research protocol and complete the trial, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Pregnant or lactating women.\n2. Patients complicated with severe primary diseases of the lung, liver, kidney, cardiovascular system and hematopoietic system.\n3. Bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction, defined as international normalized ratio (INR) ≥ 1.4, activated partial thromboplastin time \\> 38 s, or platelet count \\\u003C 80×10⁹\u002FL.\n4. The primary outcome is the AUC of resting pain scores from 0 to 72 hours postoperatively. Patients scheduled for elective Hemorrhoid Surgery under general anesthesia;\n2. Ages 18 to 64 years old；\n3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I-III；\n4. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 15；\n5. Patients must be able to understand the nature and potential personal consequences of the clinical trial, signing of the informed consent form.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. History of chronic pain syndrome of any cause.\n2. Patients with heart conduction block (sinus block or atrioventricular block).\n3. Patients with unstable coronary artery disease.\n4. Due to the unique anatomical characteristics of the perianal region, patients frequently experience severe postoperative pain, which may lead some individuals to delay treatment due to pain-related anxiety. Consequently, effective postoperative pain management is critical for the recovery of hemorrhoid patients. Developing a simplified, efficient, and safe analgesic approach to alleviate postoperative pain has become an urgent issue in perioperative care. Multimodal analgesia regimens recommend the combined use of local anesthetics to synergistically reduce perioperative pain intensity. However, the primary limitation of this analgesic modality lies in the relatively short duration of action following a single injection of local anesthetic.Liposomal bupivacaine is an innovative long-acting, extended-release amide-type local anesthetic that provides analgesic efficacy for up to 72 hours. It refers to acute pain that occurs immediately after surgery and usually lasts no longer than 3-7. Among the craniotomy approaches, patients undergoing supratentorial craniotomy with temporal approach had a higher incidence of moderate to severe pain within 24 hours. In the management of postoperative acute pain, multimodal analgesia is recommended. Liposomal bupivacaine was encapsulated by liposomal vesicles and released slowly, lasting up to 72 hours. The long action time also makes the time window of postoperative acute pain completely covered, thus helping patients better control pain.
