Age ≥ 50 years\n2. Patients must have histologically or cytologically confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma\n3. PSA ≥ 20ng\u002Fml or Gleason ≥ 8\n4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) score of 0-2\n5. Life expectancy ≥ 6 months\n6. Normal bone marrow function: absolute neutrophil count ≥ 1.5×109\u002FL; platelets ≥ 75×109\u002FL; hemoglobin ≥ 90g\u002FL; white blood cell count ≥ 3.0×109\u002FL\n7. Normal liver function: alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) ≤ 2.5 times the upper limit of normal (ULN); for patients with liver metastasis, ALT\u002FAST can be ≤ 5 times ULN\n8. Pathological confirmation of PTC.\n2. Patients who underwent primary surgery accompanied by central neck lymph node dissection.\n3. Tumors measuring less than 2 cm in diameter.\n4. Postoperative pathological reports including detailed information on the number of lymph nodes dissected and the number of metastatic lymph nodes.\n5. Availability of comprehensive preoperative thyroid ultrasound images for analysis.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis indicating sub-types of PTC.\n2.
