The study aims to understand how accurately surgeons can foresee complications and which patient, tooth, and surgery related factors influence the outcomes.\n\nThe research questions are:\n\n* What is the incidence of intra and postoperative complications in oral surgery?\n* Which factors predict these complications, and how accurately can surgeons anticipate them?\n* Can the development of an AI tool reduce postoperative complications?\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Receive standard oral surgery treatment at a private referral clinic (Specialtandlægerne Sjælland).\n* Have clinical information collected about their procedure, medical history, and personal characteristics (including anxiety level).\n* Conduct a short questionnaire, the STAI-6 and the I-PANAS-SF.\n* Have the surgeon record their prediction of whether complications are expected.\n* Be followed in the postoperative lapse to document whether complications occur after surgery.",[26,27,28,29,30,31,32],"Postoperative Infections","Mandibular Nerve Injuries","Alveolar Osteitis","Complication","Dental Implantation","Tooth Extraction","Apical Surgery","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-04",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-03-10","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":21},"2026-04-01",{"date":41,"type":21},"2030-06-01",{"name":43,"class":44},"University of Copenhagen","OTHER",2]
