The investigators will undertake a multi-center, prospective, parallel-controlled, open-label, superiority randomized controlled study based on past research on intense lipid-lowering intervention trials. Patients undergoing post-thrombectomy will be divided into two groups: the test group and the control group. After surgery, the test group will be given a high dose of atorvastatin (80mg/day), followed by a standard dose (20mg/day). The control group will continue to receive the standard dose of atorvastatin (20mg/day). The investigators will compare the high-resolution vascular wall MRI characteristics (vascular wall enhancement, lumen stenosis rate, and so on) within 3-5 days of the operation, as well as the composite incidence of ischemic stroke, transient ischemic attack, intracranial hemorrhage 1 month postoperatively, and the modified Rankin Score at 90 days.",[28,56],"Acute Ischemic Stroke","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2023-06-21
2023-06-23
2023-07-01
2026-07-31
Zhongda Hospital
"100482365","efficacy-and-safety-of-head-acupuncture-after-mechanical-thrombectomy-for-acute-ischemic-stroke-100482365","NCT05561088","Efficacy and Safety of Head Acupuncture After Mechanical Thrombectomy for Acute Ischemic Stroke","A Single-center, Prospective, Randomized, Controlled Study of Mechanical Thrombectomy Followed by Acupuncture for Acute Ischemic Stroke","HEALTH","Inclusion Criteria:

* Age ≥18 years;
* Patients with acute ischemic stroke who received endovascular treatment within 24 hours of onset;
* 6 < NIHSS ≤25;
* ASPECT score ≥6 points;
* Signed Informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria:

* CT or brain MRI confirmed intracranial tumor and intracranial hemorrhage;
* Contraindications of contrast media;
* Dementia or mental illness，unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up;
* The expected survival time was less than 3 months;
* Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding;
* Currently participating in other clinical trials.","100 Years
272,[23],"To evaluate the efficacy and safety of head acupuncture combined with endovascular therapy for cerebral infarction compared with endovascular therapy alone",[81,56,28],"Acupuncture","2023-05-11
2023-05-12
2023-04-27
2028-10-31
Xi'an No.3 Hospital","OTHER_GOV"]
