Following this publication, the Inspectorate General of Social Affairs commissioned a report on the quality of life of health students, making it a health priority.\n\nOne of the causes of the malaise felt by students could be the stress associated with exams and recent reforms. This malaise could also be due to a drop in self-esteem linked to the environment and atmosphere on certain placement sites. In fact, one of our recent studies suggested that the quality of life of doctors in the clerkship could influence the quality of life of students.\n\nSince self-esteem is an important parameter in a student's understanding of his or her academic career, improving self-esteem could improve academic results and the quality of life of students.\n\nAmong the martial arts evaluated, karate has shown promising results in improving concentration and regulating the feelings of child victims of war in particular, as well as the elderly. Karate could therefore be a simple and effective solution for improving the mental health of healthy students, as well as their academic results. As it is a sport considered to be of moderate intensity, particularly through the practice of kat, it can be practised by anyone without contraindication apart from coronary artery disease.",[27],"Medical Student","RECRUITING","2025-09-11",{"date":31,"type":32},"2025-09-15","ACTUAL",{"date":34,"type":32},"2025-09-04",{"date":36,"type":21},"2026-07-10",{"name":38,"class":39},"University Hospital, Angers","OTHER_GOV",1,{"id":42,"slug":43,"hasResults":11,"nctId":44,"briefTitle":45,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":16,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":48,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":50,"briefSummary":51,"conditions":52,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":58,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":59,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":60,"startDateStruct":62,"completionDateStruct":64,"leadSponsor":66,"locationsCount":40},"100606109","yoga-asana-chandra-harmoni-on-psychological-well-being-and-learning-readiness-among-medical-students-100606109","NCT07171268","Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni on Psychological Well-being and Learning Readiness Among Medical Students","A Randomized Controlled Trial of Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni on Psychological Well-being and Learning Readiness Among Medical Students","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* 3rd-year medical student\n* Willing to attend yoga sessions and practice at home.\n* Willing to provide consent and complete assessments.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Regular yoga practice (≥ 6 months).\n* Physical contraindications to yoga.\n* Active treatment for severe mental health disorder.\n* Concurrent participation in another intervention study.",{"count":49,"type":21},80,[24],"The goal of this trial is to learn if the Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni intervention can improve psychological well-being and learning readiness in medical students. The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni improve psychological well-being (specifically, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression) in medical students? Does Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni enhance self-directed learning readiness in medical students? Researchers will compare a group receiving the Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni intervention to a control group to see if the intervention leads to significant improvements in psychological well-being and self-directed learning readiness.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nComplete baseline questionnaires assessing psychological well-being, sleep quality, self-directed learning readiness, and self-efficacy.\n\nParticipate in 3 weekly Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni sessions for 4 weeks (intervention group).\n\nContinue with their usual activities (control group). Complete follow-up questionnaires at post-test (end of week 4) and at a 2-week follow-up to assess changes in the outcome measures.\n\nEngage in additional online audio guided practices 5 times\u002Fweek for 20-30 minutes, including breathing exercises (weeks 1-2) and body scans (weeks 3-4) (intervention group).",[53,54,55,56,27,57],"Yoga","Yoga Exercises","Well Being","Self Efficacy","Health and Wellness","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-09-10",{"date":61,"type":32},"2025-09-12",{"date":63,"type":21},"2025-12-30",{"date":65,"type":21},"2026-03-01",{"name":67,"class":68},"Gadjah Mada University","OTHER",{"id":70,"slug":71,"hasResults":11,"nctId":72,"briefTitle":73,"officialTitle":74,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":75,"healthyVolunteers":16,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":76,"enrollmentInfo":77,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":79,"phases":4,"briefSummary":80,"conditions":81,"keywords":84,"overallStatus":28,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":87,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":88,"startDateStruct":90,"completionDateStruct":92,"leadSponsor":94,"locationsCount":40},"100511769","hiccups-and-obstacles-of-e-learning-among-medical-sudents-100511769","NCT05943743","Hiccups and Obstacles Of E-Learning Among Medical Sudents","Hiccups and Obstacles Of E-Learning Among Medical Students; A Cross-sectional Survey From Pakistan","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nAll undergraduate medical students of Pakistan.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\nPostgraduate Medical students Teaching Faculty","25 Years",{"count":78,"type":21},600,"OBSERVATIONAL","The COVID-19 Pandemic is the characterizing worldwide wellbeing emergency within recent memory.
