Participant has regular menstrual cycles ≥24 days and ≤34 days\n2. A minimum 1-year history of migraine (with or without aura) consistent with a diagnosis according to the International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd Edition\n3. A history of menstrual migraine attacks of at least 3 months\n4. Participant reported history of experiencing at least 1 migraine attack during the perimenstrual period in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles immediately prior to screening.\n5. If the participant is receiving a permitted background continuous prophylactic migraine medication, the medication dose must be stable for at least 3 months prior to the Screening visit and, the dose is not expected to change during the course of the study\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. a Prospective, Observational Study According to Routine Neurological Care in Switzerland","FROMM","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Premenopausal women of 18 years of age or older.\n* Women with a regular cycle 21-32 days.\n* The patient has a diagnosis of chronic or episodic migraine.\n* Women suffering from migraine with or without aura according to International Headache Society (IHS) Classification (ICHD-3 code A1.1.2 or A1.2.0.2) for at least one year.\n* Women suffering of at least 2 days of menstrually-related migraine per period on average in the last three periods (baseline measurements and inclusion criteria).\n* The patient has been maintaining a daily headache diary as part of her routine disease management per her treating physician and has 3 months headache diary data prior to baseline\u002F treatment initiation. Notes: The patient's headache diary captures information on each headache day, headache duration, headache severity, medication intake, each day of menstrual bleeding, pain intensity of symptoms associated with the menstrual bleeding and symptoms of endometriosis (if present): dysmenorrhoea, dyschezia, dyspareunia, dysuria.\n* The patient understands and is willing to keep records in their headache diary for the course of the study.\n* Initiation of anti-CGRP mAb (fremanezumab) treatment according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) during clinical routine as a treatment of their physician (no study-specific intervention).
