The subject voluntarily signs the informed consent form.\n2. Male or female, aged ≥ 18 years and ≤ 75 years;\n3. Patients with mild to moderate hypertension;\n4. At the Screening and Baseline periods, the mean sitting office systolic blood pressure is \\> 130 mmHg, and the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure assessed by ABPM at Screening is ≥ 130 mmHg and \\\u003C 160 mmHg.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Secondary hypertension;\n2. Orthostatic hypotension;\n3. Type 1 diabetes or poorly controlled type 2 diabetes;\n4. Occurrence of any cardiovascular or cerebrovascular event within 6 months prior to screening;\n5. Presence of uncontrolled severe arrhythmia within 6 months prior to screening;\n6. Suspected allergy to the investigational drug or any of its components;\n7. Other diseases requiring Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System (RAAS) inhibitor therapy, besides hypertension;\n8. Any blood biochemical indicator during screening or baseline did not meet the standards in the exclusion criteria;\n9. Subjects from 45 to 75 years of age\n2. Clinically diagnosed with mild to moderate hypertension and ON or OFF medication (Office SBP \\> 140 mmHg and \\\u003C 160 mmHg Or ABPM average SBP \\> 130 mmHg and \\\u003C 145 mmHg), and\n3. No significant ECG change reflecting ischemia (i.e. ST elevation or depression) at rest will be recruited to participate in this study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Subjects will be excluded if pregnant or nursing.\n2. Subjects will be excluded if they have coronary disease (by history or on ECG screening), conduction abnormalities on ECG consistent with left bundle branch block, cardiac arrhythmias associated with low blood pressure (\\\u003C90 mmHg), peripheral vascular disease, orthopedic disease, diabetic neuropathy or severe hypertension (BP \\>170 mmHg systolic or \\>110 mmHg diastolic), or any other physical or psychological illness.\n3. Those with known sensitivity to any topical preparations or strong reactions to medical dressings and skin tapes also will be excluded.\n4. The mild to moderate hypertensive patients will be either on or off hypertensive medications.
