Its onset is related to factors such as central sensitization and imbalance of neurotransmitters. The current mainstream treatments include pregabalin, but the efficacy of pregabalin is limited, with only 25%-40% pain relief rate, and adverse reactions are common. Mirogabalin, a new highly selective α2δ ligand, has shown potential in animal models or preliminary clinical trials, but there is insufficient evidence for its application in FM. This study aims to explore the effectiveness and safety of pregabalin or mirogabalin in treating FM, with the aim of providing a better treatment option for FM patients.",[26,27,28,29],"Fibromyalgia","Pregabalin","Mirogabalin","Pain","RECRUITING","2026-06-23",{"date":33,"type":34},"2026-06-25","ACTUAL",{"date":36,"type":34},"2025-09-05",{"date":38,"type":20},"2027-08-31",{"name":40,"class":41},"Beijing Tiantan Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":44,"slug":45,"hasResults":11,"nctId":46,"briefTitle":47,"officialTitle":48,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":49,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":50,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":52,"briefSummary":53,"conditions":54,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":30,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":56,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":57,"startDateStruct":59,"completionDateStruct":61,"leadSponsor":63,"locationsCount":42},"100616558","the-analgesic-efficacy-and-safety-of-mirogabalin-in-patients-with-herpes-zoster-100616558","NCT07307170","The Analgesic Efficacy and Safety of Mirogabalin in Patients With Herpes Zoster","The Analgesic Efficacy and Safety of Oral Medications (Mirogabalin) in Patients With Herpes Zoster","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* 1\\. Although early antiviral therapy limits viral replication, its analgesic effect is insufficient, and many patients experience inadequate relief despite stepwise use of non-opioids and opioids. Gabapentinoids such as gabapentin and pregabalin are recommended adjuncts, but their efficacy in acute HZ is inconsistent and often accompanied by adverse effects that limit tolerability. Mirogabalin, a newer gabapentinoid approved for peripheral neuropathic pain, has higher affinity and slower dissociation from the α2δ-1 subunit, suggesting stronger analgesia with fewer central side effects. However, its role in managing acute HZ pain remains unknown. We therefore hypothesize that adding mirogabalin to conventional therapy will provide superior pain relief compared with standard treatment alone, and propose a prospective, randomized, controlled, open-label, blinded-endpoint trial to evaluate this.",[55,28,29],"Herpes Zoster","2026-03-17",{"date":58,"type":34},"2026-03-19",{"date":60,"type":34},"2025-12-15",{"date":62,"type":20},"2027-12-31",{"name":40,"class":41},{"id":65,"slug":66,"hasResults":11,"nctId":67,"briefTitle":68,"officialTitle":68,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":69,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":70,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":71,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":73,"briefSummary":74,"conditions":75,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":80,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":81,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":82,"startDateStruct":84,"completionDateStruct":86,"leadSponsor":88,"locationsCount":42},"100570802","comparison-of-the-efficacy-and-safety-of-mirogabalin-and-duloxetine-in-chemotherapy-induced-peripheral-neuropathy-in-a-randomized-controlled-trial-a-quality-of-life-study-in-cancer-survivors-100570802","NCT06711978","Comparison of the Efficacy and Safety of Mirogabalin and Duloxetine in Chemotherapy-induced Peripheral Neuropathy in a Randomized Controlled Trial: a Quality of Life Study in Cancer Survivors","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Cancer survivors aged 19 years or older.\n* Peripheral, symmetrical pain in both feet occurring within 12 weeks of initiating chemotherapy with taxane or platinum agents (or their combination).\n* Patients experiencing at least grade 2 peripheral neuropathy as defined by the NCI Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) version 5.0, with an average pain intensity of 4 or higher on the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) during the past week, following the completion of chemotherapy.\n* Concurrent use of selected analgesics (acetaminophen, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs \\[NSAIDs\\]) is permitted if the following conditions are met:\n\n 1.
