The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes SWT reduce muscle tone and improve joint range of motion in post-stroke patients with spasticity? Does SWT improve the quality of life for these patients? What side effects, if any, occur during or after SWT? Researchers will compare SWT to conventional spasticity treatments to determine its effectiveness and potential advantages.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nUndergo SWT sessions as part of their rehabilitation protocol over a period of 8 weeks.\n\nAttend follow-up visits to assess muscle tone, joint mobility, and overall functional improvement.\n\nComplete quality-of-life questionnaires to measure the therapy's impact on daily living.",[28,29,30,31,32,33],"Stroke","Spasticity","Post-stroke","Muscle Hypertonia","Neurological Disorders","Physiotherapy",[35,36,37,38,39,40],"Shock Wave Therapy","Post-Stroke Spasticity","Non-Invasive Therapy","Quality of Life","Neurological physical therapy","Muscle Hypertonia Treatment","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-03-09",{"date":44,"type":45},"2025-03-12","ACTUAL",{"date":47,"type":22},"2025-03-15",{"date":49,"type":22},"2025-04-30",{"name":51,"class":52},"University of Oviedo","OTHER"]
