Does a higher velocity loss threshold (30%) during bodyweight squats improve muscular endurance? Researchers will compare the two groups (15% vs. 30% velocity loss) to see if one approach works better for strength and endurance.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nPerform bodyweight squats three times per week for six weeks. Be randomly assigned to either the 15% or 30% velocity loss group. Complete strength and endurance tests before and after the program",[28,29,30],"Lower-Limb Strength","Muscular Endurance","Velocity-Based Resistance Training",[32,33,28,29,34,35,36,37],"Velocity Loss Thresholds","Bodyweight Squats","Non-Athletic Young Women","Resistance Training","Physiotherapy Exercise Prescription","Randomized Controlled Trial","RECRUITING","2026-03-04",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-03-10","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":42},"2026-02-22",{"date":46,"type":22},"2026-04-19",{"name":48,"class":49},"University of Health Sciences Lahore","OTHER"]
