Although obturation technique has been suggested as a contributing factor to postoperative discomfort, direct clinical comparisons between commonly used methods remain limited. Cold lateral condensation has traditionally been considered the standard obturation technique, while warm vertical obturation systems such as Obtura II have gained popularity due to their potential for improved adaptation of gutta-percha.\n\nThis randomized controlled clinical trial aims to compare postoperative pain experience and treatment outcomes following cold lateral condensation and warm vertical obturation in single-rooted necrotic teeth. Postoperative pain will be assessed during the early healing period, along with patient-reported outcomes and short-term clinical and radiographic healing. The results of this study are expected to provide clinically relevant evidence to support evidence-based obturation technique selection and improve patient comfort in endodontic practice.",[26,27],"Necrotic Pulp","Asymptomatic Apical Periodontitis","RECRUITING","2026-03-27",{"date":31,"type":32},"2026-04-02","ACTUAL",{"date":34,"type":32},"2024-10-17",{"date":36,"type":20},"2026-12-01",{"name":38,"class":39},"University of Jordan","OTHER",1,{"id":42,"slug":43,"hasResults":11,"nctId":44,"briefTitle":45,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":4,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":48,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":50,"briefSummary":51,"conditions":52,"keywords":54,"overallStatus":56,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":57,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":58,"startDateStruct":60,"completionDateStruct":62,"leadSponsor":64,"locationsCount":4},"100564646","efficacy-of-integrated-nano-technology-in-revascularization-of-immature-necrotic-teeth-100564646","NCT06631885","Efficacy of Integrated Nano-technology in Revascularization of Immature Necrotic Teeth","Efficacy of Integrated Nano-technology in the Irrigation Protocol of Revascularization Technique In Immature Necrotic Teeth (Randomized Clinical Trial)","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* o Immature necrotic maxillary incisor with open apex greater than 1 mm.\n\n * Teeth where pulp space are not needed for post and core.\n * A restorable tooth.\n * Patients should be free from any systemic disease that may affect normal healing and predictable outcome.\n * Patients who will agree to the consent and will commit to follow-up period.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* o Non-restorable teeth.\n\n * Teeth with root fractures, internal or external root resorption.\n * Teeth with mature fully developed root with closed apex\n * Patients with any systemic disease that may affect predictable outcome",{"count":49,"type":20},20,[23],"This trial aims to study the effect of photoactivated disinfection using Diod laser (810 nm) to activate photosensitive nanoparticle chitosan as an endodontic irrigant versus sodium hypochlorite followed by saline and then EDTA 17% on 1) postoperative pain and 2) the success of revascularization in patients with necrotic immature maxillary anterior teeth using a randomized clinical trial design.",[53,26],"Immature Teeth",[55],"regenerative endodontic procedure","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2024-10-07",{"date":59,"type":32},"2024-10-08",{"date":61,"type":20},"2024-10-11",{"date":63,"type":20},"2025-04-11",{"name":65,"class":39},"Minia University"]
