The main question it aims to answer is 'Can an eating disorder prevention program, specifically the Body Project, be successfully delivered to youth in Nova Scotia'?\n\nThis study will determine the feasibility of implementing the Body Project in Nova Scotia by assessing the following objectives:\n\n1. Acceptability (how well the Body Project is received by, and the extent to which it is perceived as meeting the needs of, youth in Nova Scotia).\n2. Demand (the extent to which youth in Nova Scotia are interested in and willing to engage with the program).\n3. Integration (the extent to which the Body Project is judged as feasible by the group facilitators).\n4. Effectiveness (the extent to which the Body Project reduces eating disorder risk factors in youth in Nova Scotia).\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Attend a total of 4-4.5 hours of Body Project group sessions, which are led by peer mentors.\n* Complete outcome measure questionnaires before their first session and after their last session.\n* Participate in a focus group with their session group members after their last session.",[28,29,30,31],"Body Image","Body Dissatisfaction","Dietary Restraint","Negative Affect","RECRUITING","2026-01-14",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-01-15","ACTUAL",{"date":33,"type":36},{"date":39,"type":22},"2026-09",{"name":41,"class":42},"Susan Gamberg","OTHER",1,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":50,"healthyVolunteers":16,"sex":17,"minAge":51,"maxAge":52,"enrollmentInfo":53,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":55,"phases":4,"briefSummary":56,"conditions":57,"keywords":63,"overallStatus":32,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":71,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":72,"startDateStruct":74,"completionDateStruct":76,"leadSponsor":78,"locationsCount":43},"100575268","brightline-advancing-mental-health-on-campus-100575268","NCT06770075","Brightline: Advancing Mental Health on Campus","Brightline - a Digital Phenotyping Study Toward Advancing Mental Health on Campus","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Be aged 18 years or older.\n* Be a current full-time undergraduate student.\n* Own a smartphone with Wi-Fi, 4G, and Bluetooth capabilities.\n* Possess adequate English language proficiency.\n* Be able to download the study apps.\n* Provide informed consent.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Are part-time students.\n* Have a current diagnosis of any mental health disorder or a past diagnosis with any bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, or any psychotic disorder.\n* Are currently undergoing mental health treatment.\n* Lack sufficient English proficiency.\n* Report suicidal ideation as indicated by Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) Item-9, \"Thoughts you would be better off dead or of hurting yourself in some way\".\n* Cannot commit to wearing a wearable device for the six-month monitoring period.\n* Receive special education accommodations or support from the university.","18 Years","25 Years",{"count":54,"type":22},500,"OBSERVATIONAL","This observational study will employ a multi-modal observation methodology, integrating data from wearable devices and smartphones to establish comprehensive digital biomarkers for identifying symptoms of mental health conditions in university students.
