The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes the point of care test reduce the time to antibiotic treatment? Does the point of care test increase the number of people who have completed treatment by day 7?\n\nResearchers will compare the point-of-care test to a standard laboratory-based test for gonorrhea and chlamydia.\n\nParticipants will be asked to provide a urine sample or vaginal swab for testing. Gonorrhoeae Gonococcal Infection","Evaluation of SpeeDx's Ciprofloxacin gyrA Assay for Clinical Care of STD Clinic Patients With Neisseria Gonorrhea","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* English speaking\n* Have access to the internet (via computer or phone) on at least a weekly basis\n* Asymptomatic (as defined below)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Urogenital symptoms consistent with a sexual transmitted infection (other than vaginitis associated with trichomonas vaginalis, bacterial vaginosis or yeast). Symptoms consistent with cervicitis, urethritis, or PID will not be offered enrollment.\n* Antibiotic use within the last 2 weeks\n* Contact to syphilis\n* Contact to an STI and are unwilling to defer empiric treatment until diagnostic test results return\n* Anyone receiving a gonococcal-active drug (such as Doxycycline, Penicillin, Ceftriaxone) during the visit.
