This study specifically aims to evaluate how well Ris-Rez works in treating relapsed SCLC compared to standard treatment topotecan, by checking whether Ris-Rez makes cancers smaller or disappear completely and if it helps participants live longer. The study is also assessing whether Ris-Rez is safe and tolerated well by participants compared to topotecan and provide a better understanding of the main side effects of both drugs. Participants with relapsed SCLC will be randomly divided into two groups: one group receiving Ris-Rez and the other receiving topotecan.",[26],"Neoplasms, Lung",[28,29,30,31,32],"Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC)","Risvutatug Rezetecan","Topotecan","EMBOLD SCLC-301","Ris-Rez","RECRUITING","2026-05-22",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-05-27","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":37},"2025-08-11",{"date":41,"type":20},"2029-09-28",{"name":43,"class":44},"GlaxoSmithKline","INDUSTRY",120,{"id":47,"slug":48,"hasResults":11,"nctId":49,"briefTitle":50,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":52,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":54,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":56,"briefSummary":58,"conditions":59,"keywords":74,"overallStatus":33,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":79,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":80,"startDateStruct":82,"completionDateStruct":84,"leadSponsor":86,"locationsCount":89},"100505180","precision-lung-cancer-survivorship-care-intervention-100505180","NCT05857995","Precision Lung Cancer Survivorship Care Intervention","Precision Lung Cancer Survivorship Care Intervention: A Randomized Controlled Trial Serving Rural Survivors and Communities","KYLEADSII","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Have been diagnosed with lung cancer\n* Reside in a rural county as determined by a Rural Urban Continuum Code (RUC) of 4 or higher\n* Be at least 18 years of age or older\n* Be able to communicate effectively in English\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Have significant psychiatric disturbance that requires a higher level of care\n* Have substance abuse\u002Fdependence that requires a higher level of care\n* Are participating in another lung cancer survivorship care intervention\n* Have previously participated in the Kentucky LEADS Lung Cancer Survivorship Care Program",{"count":55,"type":20},300,[57],"NA","The overarching goal of the Kentucky LEADS Collaborative Lung Cancer Survivorship Care program is to reduce the burden of lung cancer by offering an innovative survivorship care approach that improves lung cancer quality of life, overcomes lung cancer stigma, and helps survivors engage with care.
