While hand hygiene is an essential infection control measure in healthcare, performing it immediately in front of patients with visible, non-communicable conditions (such as psoriasis) might inadvertently make patients feel rejected or stigmatized. This study uses a randomized controlled design to evaluate if a simple environmental modification-changing the spatial location of the hand sanitizer-can naturally nudge physicians to alter their hand hygiene timing without compromising safety. Researchers will discreetly observe the hand hygiene behavior of outpatient dermatologists and ask participating psoriasis patients to complete a brief, anonymous questionnaire regarding their trust in the physician, feelings of stigma, and overall satisfaction with the consultation. The goal is to provide evidence for patient-centered hospital space designs that protect patient psychological well-being while maintaining hygiene standards.",[27,28],"Noncommunicable Disease","Psoriasis","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-20",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-04-27","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":21},"2026-05-01",{"date":37,"type":21},"2026-06",{"name":39,"class":40},"Huashan Hospital","OTHER",{"id":42,"slug":43,"hasResults":11,"nctId":44,"briefTitle":45,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":48,"enrollmentInfo":49,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":51,"briefSummary":52,"conditions":53,"keywords":59,"overallStatus":66,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":67,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":68,"startDateStruct":70,"completionDateStruct":72,"leadSponsor":74,"locationsCount":76},"100583051","evaluating-the-impact-of-a-functional-and-cognitive-strategy-in-patients-with-long-covid-19-100583051","NCT06871293","Evaluating the Impact of a Functional and Cognitive Strategy in Patients With Long Covid-19","Impact of Functional and Cognitive Rehabilitation, in Adults With Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases and Long Covid-19 , on Their Functional and Cognitive Capacity, Quality of Life, and the Evolution of Their Baseline Condition, in Bogotá D.C.","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Covid-19 confirmed.\n* History of arterial hypertension or diabetes mellitus before entering the institutional registries of the FCI-IC or HOMIL, institutional registries of the FCI-IC or HOMIL or before having the diagnosis of SARSCoV-2 infection.\n* Persistence of two or more concurrent symptoms, related to Covid-19 prologue, for at least 4 weeks (persistent, intermittent, or intermittent).\n* At least one of these symptoms must have an impact on activities of daily living.
