level of readiness for the profession among final-year nursing students.\n\nThe hypotheses are:\n\nH0-1: There is no difference in the level of professional readiness between the control group and the intervention group that underwent reverse case studies based on the heutagogy approach.\n\nH0-2: There is no difference in career adaptability between the control group and the intervention group that underwent reverse case studies based on the heutagogy approach.\n\nH0-3: There is no difference in professional socialization between the control group and the intervention group that underwent reverse case studies based on the heutagogy approach.\n\nSecondary Hypothesis:\n\nH0-4: There is no difference in psychological capital levels between the control group and the intervention group that underwent reverse case studies based on the heutagogy approach.\n\nResearchers will compare the heutagogy-based reverse case studies program group with the waiting-list control group to evaluate its Ownership Among Nurses Caring for Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder","Registered nurses who provide direct care to children with ASD in settings such as hospitals, clinics, or specialized care centers.\n\nInclusion Criteria:\n\n* At least 6 months of experience caring for children with ASD.\n* Currently employed in a direct caregiving role for these children.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n*
