The development of a real-time, interactive, and informative AIFIGA program that sparks innovation is necessary to achieve effective communication between families and nursing staff.\n\nIn Phase I, lasting 18 months, we will develop the AIFIGA program based on triangulate research design, observation and in-depth interview understanding the daily communication experiences and expectations from both families and nursing staff perception in Nursing Homes(NHs) after COVID-19, as well as our previous years' research results. The training data for AIFIGA will be derived from the collection of communication dialogues in these qualitative data. Furthermore, the intelligence of AIFIGA will be developed using publicly available large language models (LLMs).\n\nIn Phase II, spanning the next 18 months, we will evaluate the longitudinal effects of the AIFIGA program on the health of residents, families, and nursing staff, tracking changes over time (baseline, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months). There will be two groups of participants: (a) an AIFIGA group that receives the AIFIGA program and uses it for 3 months, and (b) a control group that receives only routine care.",[27,28,29],"Family","Nursing Home","Digital Health","RECRUITING","2026-02-05",{"date":33,"type":34},"2026-02-09","ACTUAL",{"date":36,"type":34},"2024-09-24",{"date":38,"type":21},"2027-07",{"name":40,"class":41},"Chang Gung Memorial Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":44,"slug":45,"hasResults":11,"nctId":46,"briefTitle":47,"officialTitle":48,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":49,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":50,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":51,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":53,"briefSummary":54,"conditions":55,"keywords":62,"overallStatus":66,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":67,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":68,"startDateStruct":70,"completionDateStruct":72,"leadSponsor":74,"locationsCount":42},"100562918","the-effect-of-nature-and-game-based-activities-on-older-people-100562918","NCT06609408","The Effect of Nature and Game Based Activities on Older People","The Effect of Nature and Game Based Activities on Happiness, Spiritual Well-Being, Frailty and Cognitive Status of Older People in Nursing Home","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Older people who have been in a nursing home for at least 6 months,\n* Older people aged 65 years and over,\n* Older people with a Mini Mental State score of 24 and above,\n* Older people who are open to communication and co-operation will be included in the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Older people with physical problems that may prevent them from participating in nature and game based activities (such as stroke, Parkinson\\'s),\n* Older people with visual and hearing loss that may pose an obstacle to nature and game based activities,\n* Older people with mental problems (such as dementia) that would prevent participation in nature and game based activities were excluded from the study.","65 Years",{"count":52,"type":21},52,[24],"The purpose of this study is determine the effect of nature and game based activities on happiness, spiritual well-being, frailty and cognitive status of older people in nursing home.\n\nHypotheses of the Research H0: Nature and game-based activities don't affect the happiness, spiritual well-being, cognitive function and frailty of older people in nursing home.\n\nH1a: Happiness levels of older people in nursing home will be an increase after nature and game-based activities.\n\nH1b: Spiritual well-being levels of older people in nursing home will be an increase after nature and game-based activities.\n\nH1c: Cognitive function levels of older people in nursing home will be an increase after nature and game-based activities.\n\nH1d: Frailty status of older people in nursing home will be a decrease after nature and game-based activities.",[56,57,28,58,59,60,61],"Nature, Human","Older People","Happiness","Spiritual Well-being","Frailty","Cognitive Ability, General",[63,57,28,58,64,60,65],"Nature","Spiritual Well-Being","Cognition","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-06-11",{"date":69,"type":34},"2025-06-12",{"date":71,"type":21},"2025-07-01",{"date":73,"type":21},"2026-05-01",{"name":75,"class":41},"Ondokuz Mayıs University"]
