In France, 7% of sick leave episodes (those exceeding 6 months) account for 45% of total sickness benefit expenditure (Cour des Comptes 2024). Group disability insurance charges rose +24.4% in 2024 (France Assureurs 2025). Critically, a substantial proportion of long-duration sick leave occurs without prior escalation in administrative absence data - the 'cliff effect' - where presenteeism masks progressive deterioration (Gustafsson \\& Marklund 2011). Prediction models based solely on absence history plateau at AUC 0.65 for cumulative days (Roelen 2013), while composite psychometric instruments reach C-index 0.73-0.74 (Airaksinen et al. 2018, SJWEH). The WB6Dim is a validated 28-item psychometric tool measuring 9 dimensions of workplace well-being (NCT07301879, NCT07433764; test-retest ICA .904). The ICA classifies respondents into 4 adaptive load levels. Aggregated at the company level, the ICA distribution may detect deterioration during the presenteeism window, before costly sick leave materializes. The study collects 4 WB6Dim assessments over 6 months alongside company-level absence data stratified by duration (2024-2026) and individual self-reported absence data (duration and episode count). Strengthening resilience and coping capacities is therefore an important preventive approach to support nurses' well-being and sustain quality of care.\n\nThe study is conducted as a pragmatic randomized controlled trial with a waitlist control group and includes approximately 232 nurses from hospitals in several European countries. Participants are randomly assigned either to an XR-based resilience training group or to a waitlist control group that continues with care as usual during the waiting period. The XR-based intervention consists of eight immersive training sessions delivered over approximately ten weeks using a head-mounted display. The training focuses on behavioral, cognitive, and emotional coping strategies and aims to enhance key resilience factors such as problem-solving, cognitive reappraisal, emotion regulation, and positive self-care.\n\nThe primary outcome is perceived stress, assessed using the Perceived Stress Scale. Secondary outcomes include resilience, occupational self-efficacy, quality of life, psychological distress, burnout symptoms, coping strategies, work-related rumination, and turnover intentions. Assessments are conducted at baseline, post-intervention, and at a 20-week follow-up. In addition, a subgroup of participants will optionally provide physiological data during selected XR sessions to explore digital biomarkers related to stress and recovery.\n\nThe findings of this Psychosocial risks (PSR) are a major issue in occupational health 1. Approaching the different dimensions of PSR calls on a dozen essential components: workload, autonomy, social support, burnout, anxiety, efforts made, rewards, work addiction, investment, etc. a specific questionnaire which usually contains 20 to 30 questions, so that having an overall view of PSR using the current reference questionnaires (Karasek, Siegrist, etc.) represents a total of more than 300 questions. The response time is thus incompatible with current medical practice (passage in the waiting room before the occupational health medical examination) and leads to a majority of non-responses during anonymous questionnaires on the Internet. On the other hand, these validated questionnaires were carried out by different people and are very heterogeneous between them, including in their formulation, so that the respondents have the impression of disorganization and anarchy. There is therefore a need for short, quick and uniform questionnaires. EVAs offer the incredible advantage of meeting these criteria: speed, uniformity, precision. From a data analysis point of view, EVAs also have the advantage of offering a continuous quantitative response, allowing the use of all statistical approaches. If some questionnaires have already been validated in the form of EVA, such as the EVA stress versus the \" Perceived Stress Scale \" questionnaire (PSS), the EVA workload and EVA autonomy at work versus the Karasek questionnaire, the other reference questionnaires are not yet validated in EVA (burnout, anxiety, efforts \u002F rewards, work addiction, etc.).",[595,596,30],"Validation","Visual Analogue Scale","2024-08-05",{"date":599,"type":41},"2024-08-06",{"date":601,"type":41},"2023-06-13",{"date":603,"type":22},"2026-06",{"name":582,"class":48}]
