The study will focus on comparing measurements obtained in a home environment using the device to those collected in a clinical setting, with the goal of validating the device's performance for real-world, at-home use.\n\nThe Wellvii VitalDetect is a portable, battery-operated, spot-check monitor that uses finger-based technology for most parameters and an infrared sensor for forehead-based, non-contact temperature readings. It is designed for use by adults (18 years or older) in a home environment and is not intended for continuous monitoring. In addition to the cleared vital signs, the device displays other wellness parameter for general health tracking. A smartphone application supports the user experience by delivering usage instructions and data display.\n\nThe study will assess:\n\n* Measurement accuracy compared to standard clinical instruments\n* Patient ease-of-use and engagement with the device\n* Adherence to regular self-monitoring schedules\n* Overall user satisfaction and confidence I home-based monitoring\n\nThis research will contribute to the growing body of evidence supporting remote patient monitoring solutions and aims to advance the adoption of decentralized technology-enabled healthcare delivery.\n\nThe study aligns with Wellvii Inc.'s mission to transform healthcare delivery by enabling continuous, connected health monitoring from the home. The system integrates real-time centralized surveillance (MEMO-Cue) with post-hoc analytic review (MEMO-Care) using ECG signals recorded by the MEMO Patch M, aiming to enable timely recognition of clinically important arrhythmias and to inform treatment decisions under routine inpatient conditions.\n\nAdults (≥19 years) indicated for continuous ECG monitoring during admission are enrolled after written informed consent, with a planned sample size of 100 to yield approximately 90 evaluable participants (10% anticipated dropout). The design does not include randomization or blinding. Study procedures include a screening visit (eligibility and baseline data), an inpatient monitoring period of at least 12 hours and up to 8 days with simultaneous MEMO-Cue monitoring and MEMO Patch M recording, and an end-of-visit assessment when MEMO-Care analytic results become available. Concomitant therapies deemed clinically necessary are permitted and documented, and adverse events are prospectively assessed.\n\nClinical utility endpoints quantify care impact and timeliness: (1) rate of treatment plan changes (e.g., initiation or modification of anticoagulants or antiarrhythmic drugs, cardioversion scheduling, device implantation, or other actions); (2) time to recognition (days) of major arrhythmias-atrial fibrillation (AF), ventricular tachycardia (VT), pause, ventricular premature complex (VPC), and supraventricular tachycardia (SVT)-based on MEMO-Cue alarms or MEMO-Care results with objective confirmation; (3) reduction ratio in recognition time when identified earlier by MEMO-Cue versus MEMO-Care; and (4) proportion of participants with shortened recognition time by MEMO-Cue.\n\nClinical performance endpoints assess detection characteristics and agreement between MEMO-Cue alarms and MEMO-Care findings: (1) clinical sensitivity (true positive \u002F \\[true positive + false negative\\]); (2) precision, i.e., positive predictive value (true positive \u002F \\[true positive + false positive\\]); and (3) positive concordance rate (proportion of MEMO-Care-detected arrhythmias alerted by MEMO-Cue). Safety is captured as treatment-emergent adverse events after device application, including device-related skin reactions, detachment, or signal dropouts, with severity graded per NCI-CTCAE v5.0 and relationship to device recorded.\n\nBy characterizing real-time patch-based telemetry alongside analytic review and its influence on diagnostic timing and management, the study aims to generate practical evidence supporting feasibility, reliability, and workflow compatibility of single-lead patch telemetry for in-hospital ECG monitoring.",[87,88,89,90,91,92,24,93],"Arrhythmias","Atrial Fibrillation","Ventricular Tachycardia","Supraventricular Tachycardia","Bradycardia","Telemetry","Hospitalization","2025-12-01",{"date":96,"type":34},"2025-12-03",{"date":98,"type":20},"2025-12",{"date":100,"type":20},"2026-09",{"name":102,"class":41},"Yonsei University",{"id":104,"slug":105,"hasResults":11,"nctId":106,"briefTitle":107,"officialTitle":108,"acronym":109,"eligibilityCriteria":110,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":15,"minAge":111,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":112,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":53,"phases":114,"briefSummary":115,"conditions":116,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":122,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":123,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":124,"startDateStruct":126,"completionDateStruct":128,"leadSponsor":130,"locationsCount":42},"100601522","personalized-health-coaching-for-patients-with-hf-100601522","NCT07111585","Personalized Health Coaching for Patients With HF","Effect of Personalized Health Coaching Program in Patients With Frailty and Heart Failure","Coach-FrailHF","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Participants aged 40 years or older will be included in the study, as heart failure (HF)-related mortality and the prevalence of HF increase significantly from this age onward. In many previous studies, frailty interventions have mainly targeted physical frailty or focused community-dwelling patients, neglecting the multidimensional needs of hospitalized individuals. As a frailty for HF patients need to include clinical, functional, cognitive, and social domains, nurses must assess it holistically and provide personalized support, especially during care transitions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a nurse-led, personalized health coaching program for hospitalized HF patients with frailty through a randomized controlled trial. This 12-week intervention program targets hospitalized HF patients with frailty. After screening frailty HF patients using validated tools such as Fried's phenotype (FP), Tilburg Frailty Indicator (TFI), participants will be randomly assigned to either an intervention or control group. The intervention group will receive personalized health services, including pre-discharge education and weekly telephone coaching, addressing clinical, functional, psycho-cognitive, and social frailty domains. Psychiatric support and community integration program will be provided as needed. The control group will receive standard care. Frailty, QoL, and clinical outcomes will be measured at baseline, 12 weeks, and 24 weeks. The primary outcomes will be improvements in frailty and QoL. Frailty will be measured both multidimensional and each of the four domains of frailty for HF patients.
