Children admitted to Assiut University Children's Hospital with a diagnosis of CAP will be evaluated through clinical examination, vital signs, laboratory investigations, and radiological findings. The study focuses on determining which clinical features are associated with more severe disease, higher need for oxygen therapy, intensive care admission, or complications. Understanding these predictors may help clinicians recognize severe cases earlier and improve patient management and outcomes.",[25,26,27],"Community-Acquired Pneumonia","Pediatric Pneumonia","Lower Respiratory Tract Infection",[29,30,31],"Community-acquired pneumonia","Clinical risk factors","Hypoxemia","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-12-10",{"date":35,"type":36},"2025-12-12","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":21},"2025-12-01",{"date":40,"type":21},"2027-01-01",{"name":42,"class":43},"Assiut University","OTHER"]
