The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDo specific psychology and music based breathing interventions impact anxiety and overall wellbeing in adolescents? Do specific psychology and music based performance anxiety reduction interventions impact anxiety and overall wellbeing in adolescents? Do specific psychology and music based emotion regulation interventions impact anxiety and overall wellbeing in adolescents? Researchers will compare results of pre-test data, post-test data, qualitative interviews, and surveys of adult choral directors to see if there is a measurable impact on adolescent anxiety and overall wellbeing.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Use box breathing during choral music warm-ups to connect choral breathing to breathing for anxiety reduction\n* Use \"magnify\" technique to compare cognitive distortions regarding an upcoming performance that may cause anxiety to the most likely realistic outcome\n* Use emotion regulation through song lyrics technique to connect lyrics of choral music repertoire to participants experienced emotions",[27,28,29],"Anxiety","Well-Being (Psychological Flourishing)","Performance Anxiety",[31,32,33,27,34],"Choral music","Wellbeing","Music","Performance anxiety","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-12-21",{"date":38,"type":39},"2025-12-29","ACTUAL",{"date":41,"type":21},"2026-01",{"date":43,"type":21},"2026-04",{"name":45,"class":46},"Jess Walls","OTHER",1,{"id":49,"slug":50,"hasResults":11,"nctId":51,"briefTitle":52,"officialTitle":53,"acronym":54,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":15,"sex":16,"minAge":4,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":56,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":58,"briefSummary":59,"conditions":60,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":35,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":63,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":64,"startDateStruct":66,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":4},"100551969","influence-of-relaxing-breathing-before-each-station-of-an-objective-structured-clinical-examination-100551969","NCT06466993","Influence of Relaxing Breathing Before Each Station of an Objective Structured Clinical Examination","Influence on Performance of Relaxing Breathing During Rotation Pause Before Each Station of an Objective Structured Clinical Examination for Fifth Year Medical Students","ZENECOS","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* all volontary medical students of the second cycle that came for their exam during the sessions of June 2024 from the University of Lyon (Medecine ESt)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* no exclusion criteria",{"count":57,"type":21},400,[24],"SObjective and Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) has been incorporated recently in the certification process as a final national undergraduate ranking examination.
