Effect of Dexmedetomidine Versus Magnesium Sulphate as an Adjuvant to Lidocaine in Preemptive Peribulbar Block in Patients Undergoing Dacryocystorhinostomy Under General Anesthesia: A Randomized Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age ≥ 18 years.\n* Both sexes.\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II.\n* Undergoing elective Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) surgery under general anesthesia.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients have local infection.\n* Allergic reaction or complications of the local anaesthesia (LA).\n* Coagulopathy defined as international normalized ratio (INR) \\> 1.5, platelet count \\\u003C 100,000\u002Fmm³, or ongoing anticoagulant therapy not adequately discontinued.\n* Uncontrolled systemic disease, defined as poorly controlled hypertension \\[systolic blood pressure (SBP) \\> 160 mmHg\\], uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c \\> 8.5%), unstable ischemic heart disease, or decompensated hepatic or renal Versus Ketorolac as an Adjuvant to Peribulbar Block for Anterior Segment Surgeries","Fentanyl Versus Ketorolac as an Adjuvant to Peribulbar Block for Anterior Segment Surgeries, A Prospective Double-blinded Randomized Controlled Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age over 18 years old.\n* Both sexes.\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III.\n* Scheduled to undergo operations for anterior segment surgeries of the eye under local (peribulbar) anesthesia.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patient's refusal.\n* Known allergy or hypersensitivity to aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications.\n* Patients with contraindications to local anesthetics, such as high axial length or patients with high preoperative intraocular pressure.\n* If cases develop severe pain intraoperatively from the start, necessitating rescue analgesia and sedation or requiring conversion to general anesthesia.\n* Infection at the site of injection.\n* Patients with
