The intervention is a 4-week programme delivered in a mixed format: four in-person sessions (hospital setting, one-on-two with spouse\u002Fsignificant other) and two videoconferencing sessions (post-discharge, one-on-one), plus a 30-minute booster session one month after completion. Outcome assessments will occur at baseline (pre-intervention), immediately post-intervention, and three months post-intervention. Primary feasibility and acceptability metrics include recruitment, retention, session attendance, and participant-rated satisfaction. Preliminary effectiveness outcomes include perinatal grief, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, psychological flexibility, and perceived social support. A qualitative component (semi-structured interviews) will explore participants' experiences and suggestions for refinement.",[26,27,28],"ACT","Perinatal Loss","Mental Health",[26,28,30,31],"perinatal loss","Pilot RCT","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-26",{"date":35,"type":36},"2026-04-30","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":20},"2026-06-01",{"date":40,"type":20},"2027-06-30",{"name":42,"class":43},"Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University","OTHER",1,{"id":46,"slug":47,"hasResults":11,"nctId":48,"briefTitle":49,"officialTitle":50,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":51,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":52,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":54,"briefSummary":55,"conditions":56,"keywords":57,"overallStatus":32,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":60,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":61,"startDateStruct":63,"completionDateStruct":65,"leadSponsor":67,"locationsCount":4},"100597613","the-effect-of-mandala-coloring-on-perinatal-grief-and-psychological-resilience-levels-in-women-experiencing-perinatal-loss-100597613","NCT07060768","The Effect of Mandala Coloring on Perinatal Grief and Psychological Resilience Levels in Women Experiencing Perinatal Loss","The Effect of Mandala Coloring on Perinatal Grief and Psychological Resilience Levels in Women Experiencing Perinatal Loss: A Randomized Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Experienced perinatal loss (neonatal death, fetal death, abortion) within the last six weeks\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Serious psychological problem that requires intervention with the recommendation of a psychiatrist, such as having a previous mental disorder or use of antidepressants.\n* Practicing alternative methods such as yoga, meditation, acupuncture",{"count":53,"type":20},60,[23],"The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if mandala colouring helps to decrease grief symptoms and increase resilience in women who experienced perinatal loss.\n\nThe main questions are:\n\nDoes mandala coloring decrease perinatal grief symptoms?
