The secondary outcomes included assessment of the marginal fit and adaptation of preformed crowns using both techniques, analysis of changes in occlusal relationships-specifically the vertical dimension of occlusion and overbite-and evaluation of patient satisfaction. Age of the children from 6 to 8 years.\n2. Healthy children free from any systemic disease.\n3. Show bilaterally sound fully erupted lower first permanent molars with deep narrow central fissures and supplemental grooves.\n4. The eruption time of these molars should not exceed 3 years.\n5. No sign of pain or active periodontal disease in the selected teeth.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Children with fillings or sealants in the selected teeth.\n2.
