The sample of the study will be composed of 110 postpartum women who meet the sampling criteria, are willing to participate, and are determined by power analysis. The study includes two groups: the \"intervention group (n=55),\" who will receive discharge education through podcasts in the early postpartum period, and the \"control group (n=55),\" who will receive routine discharge education. Women in the intervention group will listen to four podcasts, each lasting 5-6 minutes, about discharge education during the early postpartum period. Before the data collection forms are applied, participants will be asked to complete an \"Informed Consent Form.\" All groups will be evaluated with the \"Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale,\" the \"Maternal Attachment Scale,\" and the \"Self-Care Agency Scale\" both before and after the intervention. Preoperative care is a critical component of perioperative nursing and plays a key role in patient safety and surgical outcomes. Improving students' competency in this area is essential for maintaining quality care.\n\nIn this quasi-experimental controlled study, undergraduate nursing students will be randomly assigned to either a control group receiving standard classroom education or an intervention group receiving standard education supplemented with structured podcast materials focusing on preoperative patient preparation and assessment. Outcomes will be measured using validated competency and knowledge assessment tools administered before and four weeks after the educational intervention.\n\nThe study is designed as a minimal-risk educational intervention and seeks to determine whether podcast-based learning can enhance competency and evidence-based knowledge in nursing education.",[58,59,26,60],"Preoperative Care","Nursing Education","Evidence Based Nursing",[62,26,63],"Preoperative education","Nursing student","2026-02-20",{"date":66,"type":37},"2026-02-23",{"date":68,"type":20},"2026-02-28",{"date":70,"type":20},"2026-04-28",{"name":72,"class":43},"Gamze BULUT"]
