This causes pain and makes it hard to lift the arm. This study will compare two common physical therapy treatments: Kaltenborn joint mobilization (a specific manual therapy glide) versus a Pragmatic Posterior Capsular Stretch (a specific stretching technique). We want to see which one works better for pain, range of motion, and daily function. 28 athletes will be treated for 4 weeks, and we will measure their progress using a goniometer and the SPADI questionnaire.",[28,29,30],"Posterior Capsule Tightness","Joint Diseases","Joint Range of Motion",[28,32,33,34,35,36,37],"GIRD","Kaltenborn Mobilization","Pragmatic Stretch","Glenohumeral Joint","Athletes","Atheletic over head shoulder restrictions","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-04",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-06-10","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":22},"2026-06-15",{"date":46,"type":22},"2026-09-01",{"name":48,"class":49},"University of Faisalabad","OTHER"]
