It will also examine which delivery model patients prefer and the factors influencing patient preferences.\n\nThe main questions ADAPT-OC aims to answer are:\n\n1. Can participants achieve the prescribed aerobic exercise target of at least 10 MET-hours per week before surgery?\n2. Do patients prefer in-person prehabilitation, remote prehabilitation, or education-only care, and what factors influence that preference?\n\nThe researchers will compare in-person prehabilitation, remote prehabilitation, and education-only care to see which delivery approach is most feasible, acceptable, and practical for patients with suspected ovarian cancer.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Choose their preferred study group, or be randomly assigned if they have no preference\n* Complete physical assessments, questionnaires, and interviews at baseline, 1-3 days before surgery, and 4 weeks after surgery\n* If assigned to a prehabilitation group, complete aerobic exercise, protein supplementation, and daily breathing exercises before surgery\n* Attend weekly coaching sessions with a trained prehabilitation coach\n* Use the KingstonPrehab web application to track exercise, nutrition, breathing practice, and progress toward activity goals",[27,28,29,30,31,32],"Prehabilitation","Preoperative Aerobic Training","Preoperative Care","Ovarian Cancer","Exercise Therapy","Postoperative Outcomes",[34,35,36,37,38,39],"postoperative outcomes","prehabilitation","nutritional support","psychological support","exercise therapy","ovarian cancer","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-19",{"date":43,"type":44},"2026-05-27","ACTUAL",{"date":46,"type":21},"2026-05-14",{"date":48,"type":21},"2027-05-14",{"name":50,"class":51},"Jordan Leitch","OTHER"]
