Megestrol acetate ≥ 160 mg qd using, combined with Levonorgestrel Lntrauterine System (LNG-IUS) inserted or not\n  2. Medroxyprogesterone acetate ≥ 250 mg qd using, combined with LNG-IUS inserted or not\n  3.
