Thirty existing Premom App users will track daily observations for three menstrual cycles. Participants will record mucus, perform urine tests, upload test strip photos to the Premom App, and measure BBT. Both participant readings and AI-assisted app readings will be analyzed. The main goal is to find which marker pairings give the most accurate picture of ovulation timing and luteal phase length. Secondary goals include understanding ease of use, the number of tests required, and whether the app improves accuracy.",[27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35],"Fertility","Mobile Applications","Artifical Intelligence","Cervical Mucus","Body Temperature","Luteinizing Hormone (LH)","Ovulation","Menstrual Cycle","Progesterone",[33,37,34,27,30,38,39,35,40,41,42,28,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50],"Luteal Phase","Luteinizing Hormone","Pregnanediol Glucuronide","Basal Body Temperature","Female Reproductive Physiology","Fertility Awareness-Based Methods","Smartphone App","Artificial Intelligence","Self-Testing","Home Diagnostic Tests","Observational Study","Prospective Studies","Digital Health","Women's Health","RECRUITING","2026-01-10
2026-01-13","ACTUAL
2026-01-15
2026-11-15
Bruyère Health Research Institute.","OTHER",1
"100587473","role-of-low-dose-injectable-progesterone-in-triggering-ovulation-100587473","NCT06928844","Role of Low Dose Injectable Progesterone in Triggering Ovulation","Role of Low Dose Injectable Progesterone in Triggering Ovulation: A Randomized Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:

* Age from 20 to 35 years.
* Infertile women.
* Basal follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) level <10 mIU/ml.

Exclusion Criteria:

* Poor ovarian reserve.
* Immunological disease.
* Endometriosis.
* Uterine abnormality.
* Body mass index (BMI) \\>30 kg/m2.
* Endometrial thickness <8 or \\>12 mm on the day of triggering.","20 Years","35 Years
120,"INTERVENTIONAL",[77],"NA","The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of low dose injectable progesterone in triggering ovulation.",[80,35,81],"Low Dose","Triggering Ovulation","2025-04-15
2025-04-16
"2025-08-01
The General Authority for Teaching Hospitals and Institutes","NETWORK"]
