Applying a mixed method research design, the investigators will collect and analyze patient-reported outcome measures in combination with procedural data to evaluate symptomatology and map actions taken during the patient's pathway from primary disease to recurrence. Furthermore, the investigators aim to examine if circulating tumor-DNA (ctDNA) can be detected in liquid biopsies from VC patients. All patients will be followed for two years or until recurrence. Patient-reported outcome measures will be completed every four months during surveillance, and liquid biopsies will be collected prospectively for later analyses.\n\nTotal number of patients to be included is 295 according to a power calculation. All patients in the clinical study will be included in the intervention group, while data on a historical control group will be obtained from The Danish Gynecological Cancer Database. Hence, the control group will consist of 1000 VC patients diagnosed between 2011-2022.\n\nHypotheses:\n\n* All patients with VC will have specific tumor markers in the primary tumor that will be detectable in liquid biopsies as ctDNA at the time of diagnosis.\n* Measurement of ctDNA after primary treatment and during surveillance will allow detection of residual disease, improve allocation for adjuvant treatment, and will allow early detection of recurrent VC.\n* Proactive use of repeated PROM assessments in combination with procedural actions during surveillance will allow early detection of recurrent VC and early identification of late effects after treatment.",[27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35],"Vulva Cancer","Vulva Neoplasm","Vulvar Cancer","Vulva Disease","Vulvar Neoplasms","Vulvar Diseases","PROM","Circulating Tumor DNA","Survivorship","RECRUITING","2026-04-28",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-04-29","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":40},"2024-08-15",{"date":44,"type":21},"2030-12-31",{"name":46,"class":47},"University of Aarhus","OTHER",2,{"id":50,"slug":51,"hasResults":11,"nctId":52,"briefTitle":53,"officialTitle":54,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":56,"minAge":18,"maxAge":57,"enrollmentInfo":58,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":60,"briefSummary":61,"conditions":62,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":65,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":66,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":67,"startDateStruct":69,"completionDateStruct":71,"leadSponsor":73,"locationsCount":4},"100565219","the-q-reduce-study-100565219","NCT06639334","The Q-REDUCE Study","A Quick Pathway for Patients With High pRobability of dislocatEd Hemi- or Total Hip Arthroplasty to Minimize the Time From Hospital aDmission to redUCtion of the prosthEsis","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* a history of either a THA or a HA in combination with at least one of the following terms\n* having sustained a sudden, incorrect movement or twist in the hip joint in either a bending, sitting or supine position leading to inability to stand or walk\n* misalignment of the concerned lower extremity (typically shortened, with inward\u002Foutward rotation)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* recurrent dislocations during the same hospital admission (already \"in the house\")\n* anticipated difficult airway by the attending anesthesiologist\n* anticipated need for extended respiratory or hemodynamic monitoring by the attending anesthesiologist\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score \\> 3\n* Body Mass Index (BMI) \\> 40\n* active drug abuse\n* contraindication for Propofol or Esketamine","ALL","99 Years",{"count":59,"type":21},120,[24],"The purpose of this study is to design a fast-track pathway for patients referred to the University Hospital of Southern Denmark, Esbjerg, with high probability of having a dislocated hip prosthesis with the primary aim to reduce the time from arrival to reduction and the total hospitalization time.
