The comparison will be conducted within the same subject, between the healthy limb and the impaired limb, through the execution of proprioceptive exercises in an open kinetic chain. The biomechanical parameters collected will include movement precision, trunk stability, compensatory movements, and joint range of motion. In addition to the quantitative analysis, qualitative data will also be collected regarding usability, wearability, and user experience of the system through questionnaires administered to both patients and healthcare professionals.\n\nThe study will be conducted at the Shoulder Team Outpatient Clinic in Forlì, enrolling approximately 52 patients.",[26,27,28,29,30],"Shoulder Posterior Instability","Shoulder Anterior Instability","Shoulder Anterior Latarjet Instability","Adhesive Capsulitis, Shoulder","Prostheses",[32,33,34,35,36,37],"wearable medical device","upper limb rehabilitation","inertial measurement sensors","monitoring system","supporting system","shoulder rehabilitation","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-09-30",{"date":41,"type":42},"2025-10-01","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":20},"2025-10",{"date":44,"type":20},{"name":47,"class":48},"DigitalRehab","INDUSTRY",1,{"id":51,"slug":52,"hasResults":11,"nctId":53,"briefTitle":54,"officialTitle":55,"acronym":56,"eligibilityCriteria":57,"healthyVolunteers":58,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":59,"enrollmentInfo":60,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":62,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":67,"overallStatus":70,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":71,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":72,"startDateStruct":74,"completionDateStruct":76,"leadSponsor":78,"locationsCount":49},"100588998","evaluation-of-the-biomechanics-of-crowding-and-the-energetic-cost-of-endurance-runners-unilateral-transtibial-amputees-100588998","NCT06948695","Evaluation of the Biomechanics of Crowding and the Energetic Cost of Endurance Runners Unilateral Transtibial Amputees.","Evaluation of the Biomechanics of Crowding and the Energetic Cost of Endurance Runners Unilateral Transtibial Amputees According to the Stiffness of the Race-specific Prothesis.","BLADENDURUN","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Male or female,\n* Weighing less than 110 kg, in accordance with C-blade recommendations,\n* Subjects who have undergone a unilateral transtibial amputation,\n* Have been running with a sports blade for at least 3 months, over several sessions of at least 3 kilometers.\n* Subjects who have signed a written consent form,\n* Subjects affiliated or entitled to a social security scheme.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Subjects whose amputation is due to complications related to diabetes or atherosclerosis.\n* Subjects with chronic or central neurological pathologies\n* Subjects with cardiovascular disorders\n* Subjects with alcohol or drug dependency.\n* Pregnant or breast-feeding women\n* Subjects under court protection.",true,"65 Years",{"count":61,"type":20},24,[23],"Transtibial amputation accounts for 3,700 cases per year in France.
