A total of 376 pregnant women will be recruited at 36 weeks of gestation and followed until 12 weeks postpartum. Musculoskeletal assessments will include hip range of motion, lumbopelvic mobility, abdominal muscle function, and pelvic floor strength and morphology. Obstetric outcomes such as mode of delivery and perineal trauma will be recorded after childbirth. The study will analyze whether maternal musculoskeletal function during late pregnancy is associated with delivery mode and pelvic floor dysfunction in the postpartum period.",[25,26,27,28,29,30],"Pelvic Floor Disorders","Urinary Incontinence","Perineal Trauma","Pelvic Floor Dysfunction","Pregnancy","Puerperium",[25,32,33,26],"Obstetric Labor","Complications Perineal Trauma","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-12",{"date":37,"type":38},"2026-03-17","ACTUAL",{"date":40,"type":21},"2026-05-01",{"date":42,"type":21},"2028-01-01",{"name":44,"class":45},"Universitat Internacional de Catalunya","OTHER",{"id":47,"slug":48,"hasResults":11,"nctId":49,"briefTitle":50,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":52,"eligibilityCriteria":53,"healthyVolunteers":15,"sex":16,"minAge":54,"maxAge":18,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":57,"phases":58,"briefSummary":50,"conditions":60,"keywords":62,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":68,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":69,"startDateStruct":71,"completionDateStruct":73,"leadSponsor":75,"locationsCount":4},"100592729","fatigue-anxiety-and-mother-baby-bonding-and-emotional-freedom-technique-100592729","NCT06997211","Fatigue, Anxiety, and Mother-Baby Bonding and Emotional Freedom Technique","The Effect of the Emotional Freedom Technique Applied to Mothers With Premature Babies in the Intensive Care Unit on Fatigue, Anxiety, and Mother-Baby Bonding","EFT","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Those who can read and write and who can speak and understand Turkish,\n* Those whose STAI-I (status) score range is 40 and above\n* Mothers whose babies were born prematurely\n* Mothers whose babies are in NICU,\n* Mothers who agreed to participate in the study.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Mothers of premature newborns who cannot be fed with breast milk,\n* Mothers who were discharged during the study sessions and did not agree to continue working,\n* The mother has any cognitive or hearing-related problems,\n* The mother has a psychiatrically diagnosed disease (Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression).\n* Having epilepsy (since it is contraindicated for EFT applications)","20 Years",{"count":56,"type":21},64,"INTERVENTIONAL",[59],"NA",[30,61],"EFTs",[52,63,64,65,66,67],"PRETERM INFANT","ANXIETY","MOTHER-BABY BONDING","FATIGUE","PUERPERIUM","2025-05-21",{"date":70,"type":38},"2025-05-30",{"date":72,"type":21},"2025-06-20",{"date":74,"type":21},"2026-03-20",{"name":76,"class":45},"Bezmialem Vakif University"]
