The program includes progressive exercises focusing on hip and core strength, balance, plyometric control, and running-specific mobility. Participants will be randomly assigned to an intervention or control group. The intervention group will perform the neuromuscular training twice a week for eight weeks, while the control group will not receive any structured exercise. Pre- and post-intervention assessments will include biomechanical analysis and functional performance tests. The study aims to provide evidence for the preventive and performance-enhancing benefits of neuromuscular training in runners.",[29,30,31,32],"Running Biomechanics","Neuromuscular Control","Running-Related Injury Prevention","Recreational Runners",[34,35,36,37,38,39,40],"Neuromuscular Exercise","Performance, Balance","Core Strength","Hip Stability","Lower Limb Biomechanics","Injury Prevention","Running Training","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-12",{"date":44,"type":45},"2026-05-19","ACTUAL",{"date":47,"type":23},"2026-05",{"date":49,"type":23},"2026-09",{"name":51,"class":52},"Elif Tunç","OTHER"]
