Addressing major gaps in standardized prospective data, particularly for long-term fertility, hypogonadism, and the effects of newer systemic therapies, the study will harmonize data collection across centres and follow patients from diagnosis through post-treatment survivorship.\n\nComprehensive clinical, oncologic, reproductive, hormonal, biological, and patient-reported outcomes will be collected at predefined intervals to evaluate testicular dysfunction, fertility impairment, oligo\u002Fazoospermia, sexual health, and quality of life. Sub-cohorts will enable focused analyses of genetic and epigenetic sperm changes, whole-genome sequencing to identify susceptibility to reproductive and organ toxicity, accelerated aging markers following specific treatments, access to and satisfaction with fertility counselling, and sexual health dysfunctions. The overarching aim is to identify risk factors and predictive markers, develop individualized risk stratification and prediction models, and support precision, patient-centred survivorship care for male AYA cancer survivors.",[26,27,28,29],"Cancer","Reproduction","Infertility","Late Effects","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-28",{"date":33,"type":34},"2026-05-29","ACTUAL",{"date":36,"type":22},"2026-06-01",{"date":38,"type":22},"2031-05-31",{"name":40,"class":41},"Karolinska Institutet","OTHER",{"id":43,"slug":44,"hasResults":11,"nctId":45,"briefTitle":46,"officialTitle":46,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":47,"healthyVolunteers":48,"sex":49,"minAge":50,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":51,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":23,"phases":4,"briefSummary":53,"conditions":54,"keywords":61,"overallStatus":62,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":63,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":64,"startDateStruct":66,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":73},"100377597","apple-womens-health-study-100377597","NCT04196595","Apple Women's Health Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Have menstruated at least once\n* Be at least 18 years old (at least 19 years old in Alabama and Nebraska, at least 21 years old in Puerto Rico)\n* Live in the United States of America\n* Be comfortable communicating in written and spoken English\n* Have installed the Apple Research app on your iPhone\n* Not share your iCloud account or iPhone with anyone else\n* Be willing and able to provide informed consent to participate in the study",true,"ALL","18 Years",{"count":52,"type":22},500000,"This is an observational longitudinal study to advance the understanding of menstrual cycle and gynecologic health conditions including PCOS, infertility and breast cancer. The study will be hosted within the Research app(available on App Store), which allows a user to find, enroll, and participate in Apple-supported health-related research studies.",[55,56,57,58,28,59,27,60],"Menstrual Cycle","Ovulation","Menstruation","Polycystic Ovary Syndrome","Menopause","Reproductive Health",[57,55,56,58,28,59,27,60],"RECRUITING","2024-07-01",{"date":65,"type":34},"2024-07-03",{"date":67,"type":34},"2019-11-14",{"date":69,"type":22},"2029-11",{"name":71,"class":72},"Apple Inc.","INDUSTRY",1]
