Does imageless procedure provide functional results comparable to those of image-based navigation?\n2. Are there differences in postoperative complications patients may experience after RA-TKA with imageless and image-based navigation? Researchers will compare imageless navigation with image-based navigation used in total knee arthroplasty to assess whether imageless navigation is comparable for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n1. Answer survey questions about knee pain and function before RA-TKA.\n2. Undergo RA-TKA with imageless navigation or image-based navigation.\n3. Visit the Clinic after 6 months and 12 months after surgery for checkups and to answer the same survey questions about postoperative knee pain and function.",[26,27,28,29],"Osteoarthritis (OA) of the Knee","Knee Pain Arthritis","Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA)","Robotic Assisted Arthroplasty",[31,32,33,34,35],"Knee Osteoarthritis","Robotic-Assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty","Patient Reported Outcome Measures","Imageless Navigation","Image-based Navigation","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-04-07",{"date":39,"type":40},"2026-04-13","ACTUAL",{"date":42,"type":20},"2026-05",{"date":44,"type":20},"2029-01",{"name":46,"class":47},"Medical University of Warsaw","OTHER",1,{"id":50,"slug":51,"hasResults":11,"nctId":52,"briefTitle":53,"officialTitle":54,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":55,"healthyVolunteers":56,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":57,"enrollmentInfo":58,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":60,"briefSummary":61,"conditions":62,"keywords":66,"overallStatus":70,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":71,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":72,"startDateStruct":74,"completionDateStruct":76,"leadSponsor":78,"locationsCount":48},"100590577","l-investigation-of-robotic-assisted-tka-ra-tka-with-skywalker-and-evolution-medial-pivot-knee-emp-knee-100590577","NCT06969222","l Investigation of Robotic-assisted TKA (RA-TKA) With Skywalker and Evolution Medial Pivot Knee (eMP Knee)","A Prospective Clinical Investigation of Robotic-assisted TKA (RA-TKA) With Skywalker and Evolution Medial Pivot Knee (eMP Knee)","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1. \\>= 18 Years Male or Female\n2.
