The goal is to identify the differences in students' knowledge level, skills, self-directed learning levels, and satisfaction levels.\n\nMethod:\n\nThe research is designed as a pre-test\u002Fpost-test two-group randomized experimental study. The independent variables of the study are the teaching methods used to enhance students' IM injection skills. The dependent variables are the students' knowledge, skills, self-directed learning, and satisfaction levels.\n\nData Collection Tools: Student Information Form, IM Injection Knowledge Form, IM Injection Application Checklist, Visual Analogue Scale, Self-Directed Learning Styles Scale\n\nImplementation Phase:\n\nInformed consent will be obtained from students who agree to participate in the study. The students will receive theoretical information about the IM injection application. They will be randomly assigned to two groups, with each group receiving different teaching methods. As a result, the students' knowledge and skill levels will be evaluated.\n\nExpected Outcomes:\n\nIt is anticipated that the research will compare the effects of computer-assisted games and high-fidelity simulation methods on nursing students' IM injection application skills. This study emphasizes the necessity of new teaching methods in nursing education and aims to enhance students' clinical practice competencies.",[27],"Satisfaction, Self-regulation, Injection Skills",[29],"Intramuscular Injection; Teaching Methods; Computer-Assisted Games; High-Fidelity Simulation; Nursing Education","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-05-13",{"date":33,"type":34},"2026-05-15","ACTUAL",{"date":36,"type":21},"2026-05-25",{"date":38,"type":21},"2026-09-01",{"name":40,"class":41},"Kocaeli Sağlık ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi","OTHER"]
