Healthcare professionals in this field are frequently exposed to traumatic experiences such as complicated deliveries, perinatal loss, and obstetric emergencies, which may lead to secondary traumatic stress and reduced professional quality of life over time. This study is designed as a pre-test/post-test randomized controlled trial. A total of 80 participants (40 intervention, 40 control) will be recruited from Gaziantep Cengiz Gökçek Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. The intervention group will receive an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion Program (one session per week, 60-90 minutes each). The control group will receive no intervention. Outcomes will be measured before and after the program using validated scales for self-compassion, secondary traumatic stress, and professional quality of life.",[29,63,64],"Self-Compassion","Professional Quality of Life",[66,67,68,29,64,63],"Midwives","Mindfulness","Nurses","2026-06-08
2026-06-11
2026-07
2026-10
Agri Ibrahim Cecen University
"100615854","a-pilot-study-of-rise-for-nurse-managers-retreat-100615854","NCT07298018","A Pilot Study of RISE for Nurse Managers Retreat","Inclusion Criteria:

* an employed AdventHealth Nurse Manager
* a "moderate" or "high" score in burnout equal to ≥17 in the Emotional Exhaustion Domain and/or ≥7 in the Depersonalization Domain on the MBI

Exclusion Criteria:

* a direct care RN, Nurse Director, Educator, and Executive
* a "low" score in burnout equal to <17 in the Emotional Exhaustion domain and/or <7 in the Depersonalization domain on the MBI
16,[25],"The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and acceptability of the RISE for Nurse Managers retreat and its impact on occupational and psychological well-being indicators",[89,29,90],"Burnout","Perceived Stress","RECRUITING","2026-02-17
2026-02-19
2026-02-01
2026-12-16
AdventHealth",1]
