Similarly, another study found that variability in motor and cognitive development could be better explained by environmental factors and parental knowledge and practices. It has also been shown that the opportunities provided in the home environment of preterm infants may be associated with motor development and sensory processing skills. In the literature, it is generally observed that studies evaluate either term infants or both preterm and term infants together. In the present study, however, infants at developmental risk and typically developing infants will be evaluated separately.\n\nThe aim of this study is to assess whether infants at developmental risk are disadvantaged in terms of their home environment.\n\nThe hypotheses of this study are as follows:\n\nH1-1: There is a difference in environmental arrangements between typically developing infants and those at developmental risk.\n\nH1-2: There is a relationship between home environmental arrangements and motor development.\n\nH1-3: There is a relationship between home environmental arrangements and sensory profile.",[25,26,27,28],"Risky Baby","Motor Development","Sensory Profiles","Environmental Conditions",[30,31,32,33],"risky baby","motor development","sensory profiles","environmental conditions","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-07-03",{"date":37,"type":38},"2025-07-14","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":21},{"date":41,"type":21},"2025-11-10",{"name":43,"class":44},"Abant Izzet Baysal University","OTHER",3,{"id":47,"slug":48,"hasResults":11,"nctId":49,"briefTitle":50,"officialTitle":51,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":15,"sex":16,"minAge":53,"maxAge":54,"enrollmentInfo":55,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":57,"phases":58,"briefSummary":60,"conditions":61,"keywords":67,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":73,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":74,"startDateStruct":76,"completionDateStruct":77,"leadSponsor":79,"locationsCount":80},"100590473","the-effect-of-cranial-osteopathy-intervention-in-preterm-babies-100590473","NCT06967870","The Effect of Cranial Osteopathy Intervention in Preterm Babies","The Effect of Cranial Osteopathy Intervention on Sensory Profile, Sleep Quality, Colic Symptoms and Motor Movements in Preterm Babies","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Premature birth (\\\u003C37 weeks)\n* Corrected age \\\u003C6 weeks.\n* Discharged to home\n* Stable condition\n* Family agrees to continue home program\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Having a congenital cyanotic heart problem,\n* Being born earlier than 28 weeks,\n* The family not accepting to participate in the study,\n* Neglecting check-ups and sessions,\n* Using a respiratory appliance,\n* Presence of craniosynostosis,\n* Being included in another physiotherapy program during the study period","1 Week","6 Weeks",{"count":56,"type":21},30,"INTERVENTIONAL",[59],"NA","There are planing to have 2 groups of premature born cases.
