This is treated with anti-inflammatory drugs and then followed by biotherapy with DMARDs (Drugs Modifying the Activity of Rheumatic Disease) if the former are insufficient. Methotrexate (MTX) may also be used before these biotherapies. Recently, in adults, a particular profile of intestinal microbiota has been shown to alter the availability of MTX making it in efficient. Knowing that pediatric patients with juvenile spondyloarthropathy have an imbalance of their intestinal flora (dysbiosis) the investigators wanted to explore whether DMARDs could have a similar impact on the microbiota of these young patients and alter the response to treatment.",[28],"Spondylarthropathies",[30],"Microbiota","RECRUITING","2025-11-14",{"date":34,"type":35},"2025-11-17","ACTUAL",{"date":37,"type":35},"2021-09-22",{"date":39,"type":22},"2029-06-28",{"name":41,"class":42},"Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Nīmes","OTHER",4,{"id":45,"slug":46,"hasResults":11,"nctId":47,"briefTitle":48,"officialTitle":49,"acronym":50,"eligibilityCriteria":51,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":19,"maxAge":4,"enrollmentInfo":52,"targetDuration":54,"studyType":55,"phases":4,"briefSummary":48,"conditions":56,"keywords":60,"overallStatus":31,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":63,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":64,"startDateStruct":66,"completionDateStruct":68,"leadSponsor":70,"locationsCount":72},"100603116","molecular-inflammation-board-at-the-center-for-personalized-medicine-100603116","NCT07132333","Molecular Inflammation Board at the Center for Personalized Medicine","The Molecular Inflammation Board at the Centers for Personalized Medicine at the University Hospitals of Freiburg, Heidelberg, Tübingen and Ulm - A Multicenter Prospective Observational Study","MEB@ZPM","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Chronic inflammatory disorder (PsO, PsA, SpA, IBD)\n* Given informed consent\n* 18 years of age\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* No capacity to consent",{"count":53,"type":22},3000,"14 Months","OBSERVATIONAL",[57,58,59,28],"Psoriasis (PsO)","Psoriasis Arthritis","Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis)",[61,62],"chronic inflammatory diseases","personalized medicine","2025-08-19",{"date":65,"type":35},"2025-08-20",{"date":67,"type":35},"2022-11-16",{"date":69,"type":22},"2032-11",{"name":71,"class":42},"University Hospital Tuebingen",1,{"id":74,"slug":75,"hasResults":11,"nctId":76,"briefTitle":77,"officialTitle":78,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":79,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":19,"maxAge":80,"enrollmentInfo":81,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":55,"phases":4,"briefSummary":83,"conditions":84,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":87,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":88,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":89,"startDateStruct":91,"completionDateStruct":93,"leadSponsor":95,"locationsCount":4},"100562317","prevelance-of-axial-spondylosis-arthritis-in-inflammatory-bowel-disease-and-its-response-to-tumour-necrosis-factor-tnf-inhibitors-treatment-in-assiut-university-hospital-100562317","NCT06601595","Prevelance of Axial Spondylosis Arthritis in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Its RESPONSE to Tumour Necrosis Factor (TNF) Inhibitors Treatment in Assiut University Hospital","Spondyloarthropathy in Inflammatory Bowel Disease Patients and Evaluation of Its Response to TNF Inhibitors in Assiut University Hospital","Inclusion Criteria:IBD patients (ulcerative colitis , Crohn\\'s disease )on TNF inhibitors Data collected included SPA and IBD variables, demographics, concurrent medications, co-morbidities and autoimmune serology.\n\nThey fulfil criteria of axial SPA Clinical Criteria 12 Low back pain ≥ 3 months, improved by exercise and not relieved by rest Limitation of lumbar spine in sagittal and frontal planes Limitation of chest expansion (relative to normal values corrected for age and sex) Radiological Criteria Bilateral grade 2-4 sacroiliitis, or; Unilateral 3-4 sacroiliitis Assessment of disease activity of SPA 13 Patient fulfill criteria of IBD 14 Assessment of IBD activity (Esr , CRP ,Faecal calprotectin , CBC , albumin ,endoscopy, histopathology) Mayo score for U.C Crohn\\'s disease Activity index\n\nExclusion Criteria: Other autoimmune disease , DM, LCF ,CRF ,Malignancy , Mechanical low back pain, Fracture , Spondylolisthesis , Spine tumores , Kidney stones .\n\n\\-","60 Years",{"count":82,"type":22},100,"Prevelance of axial spondylosis arthritis in inflammatory bowel disease and its RESPONSE to tumour necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors TREATMENT",[85,28,86],"Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)","TNF-alpha Inhibitors","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2024-09-15",{"date":90,"type":35},"2024-09-19",{"date":92,"type":22},"2024-10",{"date":94,"type":22},"2026-03",{"name":96,"class":42},"Mohamed Nasr"]
