Prior myocardial infarction or CABG. 2. Left or right bundle branch block. 3. Atrial fibrillation. 4. Cardiac arrest or cardiogenic shock 5. Valvular heart disease (severe). 6. Use of QT-prolonging medications as anti-arrhythmic, anti-psychotic, anti-depressant and some types of antibiotics.\n\n7\\. Poor quality ECG tracings. 8. Chronic kidney disease stage ≥3. 9.
