The study aims to evaluate whether a \"tubeless\" strategy can enhance recovery for patients undergoing minimally invasive thoracoscopic sublobar resection (wedge or segment resection) for small lung nodules.\n\nParticipants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups:\n\n* The experimental group will receive the \"tubeless\" strategy, which includes non-endotracheal intubation anesthesia (using a laryngeal mask) and no routine chest tube drainage after surgery.\n* The control group will receive the traditional strategy, which includes double-lumen endotracheal intubation anesthesia and routine chest tube drainage.\n\nThe main goal is to compare the rate of achieving high-quality fast-track recovery at 24 hours after surgery between the two groups. This study will provide evidence on whether the tubeless approach can help patients recover faster and more comfortably without compromising safety.",[27,28,29,30],"Pulmonary Nodules","Early Stage Lung Cancer (I and II)","Thoracoscopic Surgery","Sublobar Resection",[32,33,34,35,36,37],"Tubeless Surgery","Non-intubated Anesthesia","Enhanced Recovery After Surgery","Sublobar resection","Wedge Resection","Segmentectomy","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-02-06",{"date":41,"type":42},"2026-02-13","ACTUAL",{"date":44,"type":21},"2026-02-01",{"date":46,"type":21},"2026-09-01",{"name":48,"class":49},"The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University","OTHER",1,{"id":52,"slug":53,"hasResults":11,"nctId":54,"briefTitle":55,"officialTitle":56,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":57,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":58,"enrollmentInfo":59,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":22,"phases":61,"briefSummary":63,"conditions":64,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":67,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":68,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":69,"startDateStruct":71,"completionDateStruct":73,"leadSponsor":75,"locationsCount":50},"100518487","phase-3-sublobar-resection-for-adenocarcinoma-in-situminimally-invasive-adenocarcinoma-diagnosed-by-intraoperative-frozen-section-ectop-1019-100518487","NCT06031181","Sublobar Resection for Adenocarcinoma in Situ\u002FMinimally Invasive Adenocarcinoma Diagnosed by Intraoperative Frozen Section (ECTOP-1019)","Sublobar Resection for Adenocarcinoma in Situ\u002FMinimally Invasive Adenocarcinoma Diagnosed by Intraoperative Frozen Section: a Single-arm, Multi-center, Phase III Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
