After shoulder surgery, ensuring sufficent analgesia is necessary for both the patient's comfort and for the early and regular performance of the required postoperative rehabilitation exercises. Nerve blocks provide better pain control, opioid consumption in the postoperative period, and consequently have advantages such as fewer side effects and lower risks of pulmonary and cardiac complications. Multimodal analgesia approach is preferred for patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy. Along with intravenous analgesic agents, peripheral nerve blocks (applied to every suitable and consenting patient) are performed based on patient preference. This study aims to compare the analgesic efficacy in the postoperative period of patients undergoing shoulder arthroscopy with a combination of interscalene brachial plexus block and superficial cervical plexus block with serratus posterior superior intercostal plane block.",[60,61,28,62],"Shoulder Arthroscopy","İnterscalene Brachial Plexus Block","Serratus Posterior Superior Intercostal Plane Block",[64,65,66],"Remifantanile conception","Acute pain","Postoperatif pain","2025-03-12",{"date":69,"type":38},"2025-03-14",{"date":71,"type":38},"2024-10-21",{"date":73,"type":20},"2025-10-21",{"name":75,"class":76},"Ankara Etlik City Hospital","OTHER_GOV",{"id":78,"slug":79,"hasResults":11,"nctId":80,"briefTitle":81,"officialTitle":82,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":83,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":16,"minAge":17,"maxAge":54,"enrollmentInfo":84,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":21,"phases":86,"briefSummary":87,"conditions":88,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":34,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":93,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":94,"startDateStruct":96,"completionDateStruct":98,"leadSponsor":100,"locationsCount":46},"100580000","superficial-cervical-plexus-block-with-either-clavipectoral-fascial-plane-block-or-interscalene-brachial-block-for-clavicle-surgeries-anesthesia-100580000","NCT06831604","Superficial Cervical Plexus Block With Either Clavipectoral Fascial Plane Block or Interscalene Brachial Block for Clavicle Surgeries Anesthesia","Ultrasound Guided Superficial Cervical Plexus Block With Either Clavipectoral Fascial Plane Block or Interscalene Brachial Block for Clavicle Surgeries Anesthesia: A Randomized Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Aged 18 to 65 years.\n* Both sexes.\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II.\n* Patients with unilateral clavicular fractures undergo elective internal fixation of clavicle fractures.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Coagulopathy.\n* Patients with infection at block site.\n* Allergy to local anesthetics.\n* Patient with morbid obesity (body mass index \\>35 kg\u002Fm2).\n* Pre-existing neurological disease.\n* Difficult communication.",{"count":85,"type":20},60,[23],"This study aims to evaluate and compare the efficacy and safety of ultrasound guided superficial cervical plexus block (SCPB) with either clavipectoral fascial plane block (CPB) or interscalene brachial plexus block (ISBP) as an anesthetic technique for clavicle surgeries.",[89,28,90,91,92],"Ultrasound","Clavipectoral Fascial Plane Block","Interscalene Brachial Block","Clavicle Surgeries","2025-03-10",{"date":95,"type":38},"2025-03-11",{"date":97,"type":38},"2025-02-20",{"date":99,"type":20},"2026-07-01",{"name":101,"class":45},"Tanta University"]
