This investigator-initiated, descriptive cohort study will re-invite approximately 100 consenting patients with persistent postoperative pain-identified from a pool of \\~7 000 respondents-to complete standardized assessments of neuropathic (DN4), nociplastic (IASP criteria + Fibromyalgia Survey Questionnaire) and nociceptive (KOOS\u002FHOOS pain domains) pain. Primary outcomes are the prevalence of potential nociplastic pain and the proportion experiencing significant pain in two or more mechanistic categories. Secondary analyses will compare baseline vs. re-evaluated DN4 scores, FSQ and KOOS\u002FHOOS distributions, and examine differences between patients with and without possible neuropathic pain. Findings will inform targeted pre- and postoperative pain management strategies.",[25,26,27,28],"Pain (Visceral, Somatic, or Neuropathic)","Hip Arthroplasty Replacement","Knee Arthroplasty, Total","Survey and Questionnaire",[30,31,32],"Pain","hip arthroplasty","knee arthroplasty","RECRUITING","2026-03-31",{"date":36,"type":37},"2026-04-01","ACTUAL",{"date":39,"type":37},"2025-06-26",{"date":41,"type":20},"2026-12-01",{"name":43,"class":44},"Rigshospitalet, Denmark","OTHER",1,{"id":47,"slug":48,"hasResults":11,"nctId":49,"briefTitle":50,"officialTitle":50,"acronym":51,"eligibilityCriteria":52,"healthyVolunteers":53,"sex":16,"minAge":54,"maxAge":55,"enrollmentInfo":56,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":58,"phases":59,"briefSummary":61,"conditions":62,"keywords":64,"overallStatus":33,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":70,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":71,"startDateStruct":73,"completionDateStruct":75,"leadSponsor":77,"locationsCount":80},"100569614","exploring-participant-preference-for-screening-methods-and-experience-into-colorectal-cancer-screening-programme-100569614","NCT06696534","Exploring Participant Preference for Screening Methods and Experience Into Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme","MS-Care","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Participants ages from 50 to 69 years (both included) at the time of informed consent signed.\n* Participants invited to participate in population-based screening programme who are eligible to undertake FOBT at the Primary Health Care Center.\n* Participants should sign an informed consent. The combination of digital health with technology brings about a new transformation in digital media. This transformation allows for the development of communication and information in health services, the ability to conduct health-related research on digital media and the evaluation of this data. The ease of access to information and the provision of a timely feedback mechanism in the face of problems have enabled the spread of digital health systems, and have also enabled chronic disease management and epidemic disease monitoring.\n\nIt is recommended that the term digital readiness be used to cover the combination of digital access and use, digital literacy and digital health literacy. Digital health readiness is also defined as the main determinant of health and is thought to contribute to the improvement of health processes with the development of digital health literacy and to be a useful solution against health problems that may arise in the follow-up of chronic diseases.\n\nAlthough there are tools in the literature that evaluate digital health readiness, there is no Turkish assessment tool that facilitates the follow-up of non-communicable chronic diseases.
