In COPD, concomitant obstructive sleep apnea is independently associated with increased SNA.\n2. Precapillary pulmonary hypertension (PH), inspiratory muscle dysfunction and systemic inflammation describe a COPD phenotype characterised by increased SNA with a different subtype.",[26,27,28],"COPD","Sympathetic Nervous System Diseases","Catecholamine; Overproduction","RECRUITING","2026-01-26",{"date":32,"type":33},"2026-01-28","ACTUAL",{"date":35,"type":33},"2022-05-10",{"date":37,"type":22},"2028-12",{"name":39,"class":40},"RWTH Aachen University","OTHER",1,{"id":43,"slug":44,"hasResults":11,"nctId":45,"briefTitle":46,"officialTitle":47,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":48,"healthyVolunteers":17,"sex":18,"minAge":19,"maxAge":49,"enrollmentInfo":50,"targetDuration":52,"studyType":23,"phases":4,"briefSummary":53,"conditions":54,"keywords":57,"overallStatus":29,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":61,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":62,"startDateStruct":64,"completionDateStruct":66,"leadSponsor":68,"locationsCount":41},"100589251","hydroxyephedrine-petct-in-sympathetic-nervous-system-disease-100589251","NCT06951984","Hydroxyephedrine PET\u002FCT in Sympathetic Nervous System Disease","Hydroxyephedrine PET\u002FCT in Sympathetic Nervous System Diseases","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* (i) adult patients (aged 18 years or order); (ii) patients with suspected or new diagnosed or previously treated malignant tumors (supporting evidence may include MRI, CT, tumor markers and pathology report); (iii) patients who had scheduled HED PET\u002FCT scan; (iv) patients who were able to provide informed consent (signed by participant, parent or legal representative) and assent according to the guidelines of the Clinical Research Ethics Committee.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* (i) patients with non-malignant lesions; (ii) patients with pregnancy; (iii) the inability or unwillingness of the research participant, parent or legal representative to provide written informed consent.","80 Years",{"count":51,"type":22},500,"7 Days","To evaluate the potential usefulness of 11C\u002F18F-HED positron emission tomography\u002F computed tomography (PET\u002FCT) for the diagnosis of primary and metastatic lesions in various Tau-related disease patients.",[27,55,56],"Sympathetic Nervous Structure Injury","Sympathetic Nerve Injury",[58,59,60],"PET\u002FCT","MRI","Hydroxyephedrine","2025-04-23",{"date":63,"type":33},"2025-04-30",{"date":65,"type":33},"2013-03-01",{"date":67,"type":22},"2028-03-01",{"name":69,"class":40},"Tianjin Medical University"]
