Psychological distress is common and affects the efficacy and prognosis of patients with lung cancer. The systematic anti-tumor therapy may effectively relieve psychological distress including anxiety, depression, and fatigue in patients with advanced lung cancer, the relief of the psychological distress can in turn improve the therapeutic effect.\n\nIn summary, this study is to explore the associations of (dynamic) psychological stress with the efficacy and survival of anti-tumor therapy including immunotherapy and targeted therapy for advanced lung cancer patients.",[26,27,28,29,30,31],"Lung Neoplasms","Psychological Distress","Prognosis Factors","Lifestyle, Healthy","IMMUNOTHERAPY","Targeted Molecular Therapy","RECRUITING","2025-05-20",{"date":35,"type":36},"2025-05-22","ACTUAL",{"date":38,"type":36},"2016-01-01",{"date":40,"type":21},"2028-12-31",{"name":42,"class":43},"Shanghai Chest Hospital","OTHER",1,{"id":46,"slug":47,"hasResults":11,"nctId":48,"briefTitle":49,"officialTitle":50,"acronym":4,"eligibilityCriteria":51,"healthyVolunteers":11,"sex":17,"minAge":18,"maxAge":52,"enrollmentInfo":53,"targetDuration":4,"studyType":55,"phases":56,"briefSummary":58,"conditions":59,"keywords":4,"overallStatus":61,"whyStopped":4,"lastUpdateSubmitDate":62,"lastUpdatePostDateStruct":63,"startDateStruct":65,"completionDateStruct":67,"leadSponsor":69,"locationsCount":4},"100261893","a-cpg-methylation-based-assay-for-stratifying-stage-iii-clear-cell-renal-cell-carcinoma-of-receiving-adjuvant-treatment-100261893","NCT02688491","A CpG-methylation-based Assay for Stratifying Stage III Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma of Receiving Adjuvant Treatment","A Multi-site, Open, Perspective Study of Prognostic Value and Benefit From Adjuvant Targeted Therapy of Stage III Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma Based on a CpG-methylation-based Assay","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* The informed consent has been obtained from the patient.\n* With confirmed diagnosis of stage III clear cell renal cell carcinoma\n* With moderate\u002Fgood ECOG health rating (PS): 0-1 score.\n* The patient receive no anti-cancer treatment before primary surgery.\n* The patient receive radical operation for renal cancer with negative margin.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* With severe comorbidities, such as cardiovascular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes mellitus, and chronic renal dysfunction.\n* With bad compliance or contraindication to enrollment.\n* Pregnant woman or lactating woman.\n* With contraindication to receive adjuvant targeted therapy.","75 Years",{"count":54,"type":21},300,"INTERVENTIONAL",[57],"NA","Whether patients with stage III clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC) should receive adjuvant targeted therapy or not is still on debate.
