In the first phase, a mixed-methods approach will be used. During this phase, a mobile application based on the Career Planning Model will be developed, followed by a pilot study to perform user testing and evaluate usability. The second phase will employ a prospective, double-blind randomized controlled trial (RCT) design, utilizing the nursing career planning application developed in the first phase for a six-month intervention study.
