Reduction: A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trials","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients aged 18-60 years.\n* Clinically and radiographically diagnosed temporomandibular joint disc displacemet with reduction.\n* Presence of TMJ pain exacerbated by mandibular movement.\n* Limited mandibular function and\u002For reduced maximum mouth opening.\n* Symptoms persisting for at least 3 months.\n* Failure of conservative treatment (e.g. occlusal splint, physiotherapy, NSAIDs). -Ability to understand the study protocol and provide informed consent.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Previous TMJ surgery or arthroscopic intervention.\n* Intra-articular injection in the TMJ within the last 6 months.\n* Systemic inflammatory or autoimmune joint diseases.\n* Coagulation disorders or current anticoagulant therapy.\n* Active local infection at the injection site.\n* Pregnancy or lactation.\n* Severe degenerative joint disease (advanced osteoarthritis).\n* Known allergy or contraindication With Reduction: A Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients suffering from internal derangement anterior disc displacement\n* Mouth Opening: Limited range of motion or difficulty with full mouth opening\n* Symptoms: Patients who report typical symptoms of TMJ dysfunction, such as pain, discomfort, or clicking sounds in the joint, especially when opening or closing observations in one or both temporomandibular joints:\n\n  1. pain.\n  2. audible clicking.\n  3. mandibular deviation on opening.\n  4.
